At The Scarecrow Foundation we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use your personal information only to process donations, registrations, and orders. The Scarecrow Foundation will not reveal your personally identifiable information to anyone outside of our organization. We will ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and notify you of your order status.
 
501 (c) (3) Statement 
All contributions to The Scarecrow Foundation are deductible for income tax purposes to the maximum extent by law. The Scarecrow Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. Financial statements of The Scarecrow Foundation are available to prospective contributors upon request.
 
Return/Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately there are no Refunds or Cancellations to online donations. Once your donation was submitted the automated system in place puts your contribution to work!
